"Not really worth the price"
It felt overpriced for what it was. The ride was fine, like, not terrible or anything, but it didn’t really stand out. And once the extra fees were added on, it just didn’t feel like good value. I probably wouldn’t use it again

This didn’t feel worth the stress. I’ve used a few other airport transfer services before, and they were much smoother and easier to deal with. This one just felt more frustrating than it needed to be, especially when you’re already dealing with travel.

"Easy cancellation, no stress"
I had to cancel my ride at the last minute, it was handled smoothly. Support got back to me quickly, and the refund was sorted without much hassle. I’d recommend them if you want something that feels easy to deal with, even when plans change.

"Trying to book was such a pain..."
Trying to book was such a pain. The site kept glitching and messing up, and it took forever just to get through the process. What made it worse was that nobody seemed to take ownership of the issue, I kept getting passed around or left to figure it out myself. Really frustrating experience overall...

"Decent ride, just could use better updates"
I booked through minicabride.com and yeah, the car showed up, so that part was all fine. The driver was polite enough and the ride itself was decent, no real complaints there.

The main thing was the updates felt a bit slow or kinda unclear. I had to check a couple times to see what was going on, which made me a little unsure for a bit. Not a bad experience overall, just think the communication could be a bit smoother.

"Booked a minicab and the car was..."
Booked a minicab and the car was really clean inside, which I appreciated. No weird smell, no rubbish lying around, and the seats looked like they’d been looked after. The driver was fine too, nothing amazing but no complaints. I was a bit annoyed the pickup was a few minutes late, though it wasn’t a huge deal in the end. Overall decent, just not quite 5 stars

"Ride showed up late with hardly any info"
Booked a minicab for early morning and the car ended up coming around 25 minutes late. I’m not sure what the reason was, maybe traffic or something else, but no one really explained it and I had to call twice just to get an update.

The driver was polite once he got there, so that part was fine, but by then I was already stressed and almost missed my train. For a normal trip maybe it wouldn’t have bothered me as much, but for anything time-sensitive I’d probably think twice before using MiniCab Ride again.

"They Made My Refund a Total Headache"
I’m still waiting on my refund, this is ridiculous. They’re the ones who messed this up, but somehow I’m the one stuck chasing my money. Really frustrating experience.

"Late pickup and not much communication"
I booked Minicabride for an early morning ride, and yeah... the car ended up being around 25 minutes late. I kept waiting thinking maybe it was just around the corner, but I didn’t really get any clear update, so I had to call to find out what was happening. The driver was fine once he got there, no issue with him personally, but the delay made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. if I really needed to be somewhere on time, I’m not sure I’d risk using them again.

"The website was easy enough to use, and..."
The website was easy enough to use, and the pages loaded without any issues. The booking process was clear and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of extra steps, which I appreciated. To be fair, the only thing I’d say is that the fare details could be a little easier to find the first time around. Other than that, it was a smooth experience.

"Okay ride, not the fastest"
Used minicabride.com for a trip across town. Driver was nice. Car was clean. Route felt a bit weird though.

The GPS kept switching and we took smaller roads with loads of lights. Got there safe. Just slower than I thought. It was fine

"Support took too long to get back to me"
From what I remember, the ride itself was fine and I didn’t have any major issues there. The annoying part was customer support. I had a simple question about the pickup, but it took them ages to reply, and by the time they got back to me it wasn’t really helpful anymore. Not a terrible experience overall, just frustrating enough that it stuck with me

"Price was close to what I expected, but not totally clear"
I booked through minicabride.com last weekend, and the process was straightforward. The fare they showed upfront looked reasonable, so I went in expecting that to be pretty much the final amount.

The bit that threw me off was the extra charges, like waiting time and the airport fee. They weren’t exactly hidden, but I definitely didn’t notice them as clearly as I expected, so there was a small gap between what I thought I’d pay and what the final price looked like.

The driver was polite, the car was clean, and the ride itself was fine. I’d probably use them again, but I do think they should make the final pricing details easier to spot before you confirm.
